Shipping Policy

This policy explains where and how we deliver Ember Living orders.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are not able to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.

Delivery costs

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and sent out within 1 to 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 3 to 9 days of being placed. Some items take longer to arrive. Where this is the case, the expected delivery time is shown on the product page before you buy.

All delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods, around bank holidays, or because of circumstances outside our control.

Orders with more than one item

Items may be sent from different warehouses, so if your order contains more than one item they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, and packaging may vary.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an email confirming your order once it has been placed, and a further email when your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order is dispatched.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number (and photos of any damage) and we will help put things right. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
